David established Waterproofing Integrity in 2019 and has overseen its growth since. David's career comes from a variety of roles in construction waterproofing having worked on Design & Construct projects for large commercial projects in Sydney and Brisbane. From which he has practical knowledge in construction principles, material performance, application and effective waterproofing design.

A regular contributor to the knowledge of waterproofing more widely, David has overseen the design and inspection services for hundreds of projects with Waterproofing Integrity. Having worked on the review of Australian Standards and as the current President of the Australian Institute of Waterproofing, David is a passionate contributor to the waterproofing profession and its outcomes across Australia.

Kieran is a well respected industry professional that has contributed to the education and development of standards in the waterproofing and concrete repair industry. 

​

Kieran previously worked with Sika for many years while also contributing to industry associations ACRA and the AIW, Australian Standards Committees and regularly provides training on waterproofing.

​

Kieran is working with leading builders and relevant stakeholders on key projects across South-East Queensland and Northern NSW.

After many years of running a leading waterproofing contracting business in Newcastle, Nathan Davidson moved into consultation in 2023 to lead the Newcastle operations of Waterproofing Integrity. Having provided waterproofing design and construction on projects throughout the Hunter and beyond, Nathan and his team provide regular support and guidance to builders, architects and owners from the NSW Central Coast up to Port Macquarie and all places in between.

​

Nathan is involved in a number of interesting projects being delivered to the Region working with leading builders while also working with asset owners to remediate waterproofing issues.

Brad oversees commercial operations and supports project delivery for Waterproofing Integrity. Often the first point of contact for our clients, Brad outlines how we can best assist and sees that the team deliver. Brad has a background in sales, operations and risk management that lends itself to finding effective outcomes.

Georgina joined Waterproofing Integrity in late 2022 to oversee the design coordination function that we offer our clients. Following a successful career as an architect in Australia, New Zealand and the UK, Georgina leads our team of Design Coordinators in providing effective design reviews and project documentation to our clients projects.

Anthony was Waterproofing Integrity's first hire in 2019 and has contributed to hundreds of projects since with his expertise. Having studied and worked in civil construction prior to joining, Anthony has sound structural knowledge and applies his knowledge in finding practical outcomes for our clients.

Reece joined Waterproofing Integrity in 2020 as an onsite technician and now contributes to finding effective solutions to our clients needs in both new construction and remedial works. Reece is a capable problem solver that understands effective construction methodologies and remedial actions in order to achieve performance and compliance.

Jean-Pierre (JP) has worked in waterproofing much of his career and brings this experience and expertise to assisting clients in the remedial space. With a strong knowledge of products, application and design principles, JP problem solves remedial project needs and provides effective solutions.

Sarah joined Waterproofing Integrity in 2021 as its first Design Coordinator and effectively displayed her acumen in achieving positive outcomes for our clients having run her own interior design business.

​

Sarah has worked across a range of projects with leading clients Meriton, Toga and others and now supports our design team in continuing design consultation support to our clients.
